Do I Need a Representative

It can be very difficult to secure disability benefits. Did you know that only about 1 out of every 3 applications get approved and it can take on average two to four years for a final decision.   Statistics show both the success rate and the processing time can be significantly improved by hiring an Advocate.

There is no requirement that you have a representative assist you in completing your SSDI or SSI application. However, an Advocate can significantly increase your chances of receiving disability benefits.

Many disability representatives focus solely on assisting with your appeal. At Advanced Patient Advocacy we want to start working with you during the initial application.   This should help expedite the process, increase the odds of getting approved and keep the cost of representation down.
